Privacy Policy
Effective June 22, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Byldo (“Byldo,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use byldo.ai and our related services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Information you provide — name, email, phone number, business details, and anything you submit through our forms, intake, or onboarding.
- Usage information — pages viewed, actions taken, device and browser data, collected via analytics to improve the Services.
- Cookies — used for sign-in, security, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
How we use information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Services.
- To communicate with you about your account, build, and support requests.
- To send service updates and, with your consent, SMS messages.
- To secure the Services and prevent abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
SMS / text messaging & mobile opt-in
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you may receive recurring SMS messages from Byldo such as onboarding updates, appointment reminders, follow-ups, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
We do not sell or share your mobile information, opt-in, or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be shared only with the service providers that help us deliver these messages (for example, our SMS provider), and only as needed to send the messages you requested. No mobile opt-in data is shared with any third party for any other purpose.
How we share information
We share information with service providers who process it on our behalf (hosting, database, email, SMS, analytics, payments) under confidentiality obligations, and when required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information for money.
When advertising is enabled, our public pages use advertising cookies/pixels (Meta and Google) that share online identifiers with those platforms to measure ads and build audiences. Under California (CCPA/CPRA) and similar state laws this may be considered “sharing” or a “sale.” You can opt out at any time — see Your privacy choices below.
Your privacy choices (Do Not Sell or Share)
To opt out of the advertising “sharing/sale” described above, either (1) turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser — we detect the GPC signal and automatically stop loading advertising pixels — or (2) email us at [email protected] with “Do Not Sell or Share.” We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes, then delete or anonymize it.
Your choices & rights
You can opt out of SMS by replying STOP, unsubscribe from marketing email via the link in any message, and request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law.
Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
